At Infinity Products, we dispatch all orders promptly from our head office in Pune, Maharashtra using Shiprocket Express logistics network to ensure reliable delivery and minimal cost to customers:
1. Prepaid Orders (Free Delivery via Shiprocket Express)
All online prepaid orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) receive a flat ₹100 discount and qualify for 100% Free Shipping. Parcels are safely packaged and dispatched via Shiprocket Express (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Shadowfax), reaching serviceable pincodes across India. Expected transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days with real-time live tracking.
2. Cash on Delivery Orders (Shiprocket Doorstep Collection)
Cash on delivery is available for orders of up to 5 units to serviceable pincodes across India via Shiprocket. COD requires a ₹100 advance paid online at checkout to confirm booking. The remaining order balance is collected by the delivery executive at your doorstep. Live courier tracking updates are provided via SMS, WhatsApp, and our online tracking portal.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, our team sends your consignment tracking ID directly to your WhatsApp and email. You can also self-serve track your status anytime on our Track Order portal using your Order Number and Mobile Number.
